Advocacy for Your Insurance Claim
If you have a claim with an insurance company that has been unfairly denied, or maybe you just feel like your claim is moving too slowly, the process is overwhelming, or you suspect you are being cheated out of your full, rightful benefits, contact Ms. Defever’s office for advice. Ms. Defever and her team will listen to your story and advise you on the best course of action, whether that is to continue to deal with the insurance company yourself, hire a public adjuster to assist you, or retain an insurance attorney because you have been irreversibly wronged and you need to send a powerful message. If we can’t help you, we will do our best to guide you in the right direction, at no charge to you.
Our initial consultation is always free. We know that the insurance claims process is long, frustratingly complex, and full of opportunities for your insurer to decrease their payout for your claim – a practice they disguise with benign-sounding technical language like “improving loss ratios” or “optimizing claims recoveries.” You don’t need to be a victim of their bad faith, greedy claims processing. Learn your rights and get the help you need.
